When I look at that, I think he was trying to prove a point. Grim, you have nothing to say for yourself, just concurring with zerz with no thoughts of your own. Jonesy was pointing that out. You aggree with zerz, great. Does anyone care if you have an concurrent opinion without anything to add?

And, I'm pretty sure he wasn't trying to be funny. The last sentence has a slightly mild tone of humor, but not so much an attempt to be funny.
