I think it should be at least 12%.

perhaps if it is a Triple Bock, Barley WIne or Latrappe Quad trappist Ale, but 15% is a level for a wine.

Not that I drink to get F'd up, but if you do, then I would suggest Anejo Blue Agave Tequila! Patron is ok, but the Anejo has a fuller and nicer taste and effect.

two shots will take the edge of any bad day!

Vodka and Rum just don't do it for me anymore...always end up tasting them on my tongue the next day.

Although I did read somewhere that your body absorbs a higher volume of drinks around 30-40 proof as compared to >80 proof

10-15 is a fuckload for beer, I've never even heard of a beer that has that much. Malt liquor is only like 7-8 and wine like 12 or something.
