Listen, I don't like it anymore then you do. The point is staff can't do everything to everyone. Take Oen Izan for example (Neo Nazi) - his name was debated a long time, but the bottom line is - unless the name is hitler, jew, ***, or whatever, nothing can be done about it. As long as the person can argue his right to have the name, they'll normally win.

Besides, when will we get over it? Alot of people died, but these guys naming themselves like this, are only insulting themselves. So laugh at their stupidity, use ?ignore, and leave it be.

For the record i do agree with you, and if I were on staff I'd give these people an instant, unwarned 48 hour ban. If your acting like this guy apparently was, you know your doing something wrong, and staff shouldnt waste their time with warnings. It's just about context.

thats when you got the repy that its not illegal cos using that name isnt illegal, simple as that. There was even a staffer who took time to explain to you on what grounds its legal, so dont go saying you were ignored either.
however if you woul have told us he was spamming "sig heil","juden" etc the outcome of your cheater call might have been different. Its important you give us all the info.. aswell as you give people reading these forums all the info aswell, which you didnt.

I do agree that the name represents hail my leader, but the intention is associated to Hitler and Naziism in this case. Notice Juden=Jews and how he/she talks about victory over the jews? This may not be racism, but I consider it discriminism.

I do agree the Carnivale could have been more descriptive, but you can't expect everyone to give you a full 10 page report (ok I exaggerated), not everyone reacts in the same ways.
