I always had known that NY and NJ drivers where worse than PA drivers. How MI ranked as high as it did amazes me...they must have revamped their driving tests, as whenever I am behind a MI driver, they usually never use turn signals and always drive under the speed limits (Not the Detroit Metro Area, but anywhere outside of that they suck!). Poor RI drivers really fall short as the worst in the nation.
They should have a no driver left behind rule in the States at this point.
