Invoice Layout

I have to make an invoice for my dad. Can't be bothered to explain why but here is what I've ade so far. No doubt it is really unprofessional looking, so I'm wondering if any of you can think of improvements.

You need a basic layout of the work your Dad does. IE: How many hours (labour) he did, what the materials costed etc. Then work out the Tax on top of the total.

oh sorry. i meant an invoice heading. I really don't need to put tables and stuff on; i only need to worry about what the heading looks like.
