It's an old, not really funny, fad on YTMND that was taken too far. Basically a bunch of guys from YTMND (with names like JESUS and HORSE) went on to some porn site in where you can interact with amateur porn girls via webcam and chat, and told her to put a shoe on her head until she finally did. Of course people that saw this thought it funnier than it was and decided to tell them to do all sorts of stupid shit, most of which was fairly boring.
