well, we're talking ODing, so it's the time it takes your body to succesfully detoxicate the first amount of caffeine, dunno what it is for caffeine, but that could be somewhere between 6 and 24 hours, rough guess

The LD50 for caffeine is pretty high. Around 3-20g of caffeine will do you in. I happen to have 400 grams of pure caffeine powder sitting around though...

Drink a few liters of water in a short time and you are more likely to die from that than from an approved additive like cafein which can be in it indeed.
Also, since caffeine is a diuretic it actually makes this less dangerous compared to caffeine-free drinks.

If you really want to OD just order the pure compound from a good chemical supplier... (it's not even that expensive :P)
