facebook is like myspace for college students only without sucking.

To clarify, I have no problems with just having the news feed, I'd just like to be able to turn off my stuff going to everyone else's feeds.

They could really cut down on stalking by adding "viewed ___'s photos" to the feed though rofl

I tried really hard to see if I could turn mini-feed off, but to no avail. It's pretty damned stupid anyways.

Also, I noticed in the search function you can now look for people who have 'Recently Been Online'. Though I think it doesn't work if you already have the setting turned off people so people can't see you being online?

well you CAN delete your minifeed so it's empty. But I thought it was a pretty terrible idea to let others know the shady things you've been doing.

im used to the feeds now, im fine with it, its really not that bad, and it will reduce the amount of time i spend on that godforsaken site. what i wish i could do is change whos info shows up on my newsfeed, as some people that i dont give a shit about are constantly doing dumb crap and i dont care about whos wall they post on.

Yeah it sucks donkey balls. If there was an option to turn off the mini-feed that displays on my own "My Profile" page that would be great. Having to "X" out ever little news bit in the feed is bothersome. Thank goodness pokes aren't displayed on there.. yet.
