I dunno what exactly is gonna be thrown down. But, looking at the preview for the next episode, I think it'll be badass... alot of action. And, I think many of us will be torn between the losties and the others.

After watching the first five minutes of the premiere last night, I know this season is going to be leagues above the abysmal second season. They've gotten back to that whole creepy, mysterious route, and already left us with a good cliffhanger, and a few new questions. Beyond that, from what I've heard, the characters are going to return to their original roots (IE Locke the philosipher, Charlie & Claire in love, Kate the beautiful badass...etc. etc.)

I can honestly say I'm excited that LOST is back, although I'm still a bit reserved after the disappointment of last season.

I've only watched a few episodes from the first/second season, but I caught the season three premiere and it was pretty good. I might watch the next one too. I have the basic premise of the storyline down so hopefully its not too confusing. :P

I'm pumped too, but I haven't seen S3E1 yet. Exams are rolling around and I don't want to go all-out LOST mode.

This show is really brilliant put together.

My questions are:
Why are they keeping the survivers locked up?
How do they know everything?

And I remember that the end of Season 2, The Hatch was exploded (or at least a bright light came) and [I]the others seemed pleased about that. What's up with that?

The Dharma Initiative is a government ran organization, hence how they have all the information they need. They're locking them up for experimentation, they aren't sick people. Just very into their work, and take every step seriously.. they're always one step ahead
