GMail, a small website, a small vbulletin forum thread, an index for a small newspaper forum, google adsense account info, a streaming radio, small website, another webmail, and this posting thing is 160mb in my RAM... which really isn't bad, only up like 10mb from what it would've been with 1.5 and it has recording features to pick back up where you left off if your computer (or FF crashes)Ban Ikrit

I liked the X for closing individual tabs better at the far right. Because now it looks like the IE7 X, which is kind of laggy.thread killer
Also who changed to pw to Squadless, how am I supposed to fly the banner of sucking at the game

I fear if I download IE7 on my crap computer that has no memory, it'll be permanently damage. Firefox 2 is good, I don't notice much change, except that I want my old themes back.Thousands of candles can be lit from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. It feels faster to me on Windows and on OS X.
Two things I changed right away:
1) Startup->When Firefox starts->Show my windows and tabs from last time.
2) Close buttons on active tab only.

* And finally, one of the most debated changes in Firefox 2. Close tab buttons are now found in every tab by default. Go to about:config and customize browser.tabs.closeButtons. Set it to:
o 0, shows the the close button on active tab only
o 1, close buttons on all tabs, this is Firefox's 2 default behavior
o 2, no close buttons at all
o 3, close button at the end of the tabstrip, like in Firefox 1.5 and previous.
