New York - The United Nations on Tuesday welcomed North Korea's decision to return to the negotiating table to resolve the dispute over its nuclear and ballistic missile programmes.
'The secretary general (Kofi Annan) welcomes today's announcement that China, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the United States have agreed to a resumption of the six-party talks,' said UN spokeswoman Marie Okabe.

Well at least they aint planning on blowing people up, if they are willing to discuss a solution to this shit, and even rid the Korean penninsula of nuclear arms. I see this as a massive blow to a potential war.
