I actually preferred his acting in Young Frankenstein and one of my favorites, "Were the Buffalo Roam" w/Bill Murray. Murray plays the role of Hunter S. Thompson (original Gonzo movie, not the cheap re-make of Fear and Loathing) and Boyle plays the part of Thompson's attorney.

Worth renting if you have never seen this. Boyle is out of control! Interesting to see Boyle before he was hit by the stroke as well as a younger guy not playing the part of a sitcom elderly father.

Another Philly acter bites the dust. RIP

He's in the Candidate, and I fucking love that movie.

NOOOOOOOOOOO, Frank was like my favourite character on the show... I loved it how he could make those unbelievable harsh comments(which were really funny) and just not even grin when saying em... and his sinister laughter was just fuckin brilliant...
