I was merely trying at least to stay on the subject of school and not a lesson on the dominions of power on the earth.
But if you insist..
Satan rules this world; has since the fall in the garden. He offered it to Jesus in exchange for Jesus to bow down to him. He will continue to rule this world until Jesus returns. The Dominions of his rule are education, represented by the pale horse in the book of Revelations. Politics - red horse, economics - black horse & religion - white horse. He controls it all and all influence outside of God is directed down this chain to his little minions & demons.
Unless someone has a life-changing, profound, spiritual, eye-opening experience meeting God, they're just going through the motions in this production God has created before us to show where everyone's love is directed.

Our child has consistantly kept ahead of her peers on her finals. In other words, she's always been a year ahead in her studies of kids her age.
A good teacher doesn't have to know all the answers, just how to find them.
If you've chatted with her online you wouldn't believe you were chatting with a 10 year old.

Home schools and private school students are mostly given different facts and opinions designed to instill a different world view, one that their parents would rather see they take on. What these "parents" should be doing is giving their kids the ability to make their own choices, to figure things out by becoming critical thinkers.

Grammar school is meant to give a kid a lot more than an education, it's meant to provide children with a safe environment to become socially adjusted, to find their way. Back in high school I would have called all of it stupid or a sick lab experiment but I feel I am better for going through the shit of it.

Heaven, your child may be good at interacting and make "friends" easily at these camps and stuff. but how many lifetime friends is she going to make? I'm 20 and all my friends from home are people I grew up with at school and have known since I was like 5.
