They actually invented an entirely new camera system for that, I think. I didn't see the movie but I believe I read somewhere that they created hinges for the car windshield to move out of the way of the camera so it could continue chasing the characters, and chairs that moved out of the way, etc etc

that part was badass, there was blood and debris on the lens

Just saw it today... definately an amazing movie. I highly recommend it.

I have a really bad feeling about this, because it looks awful, but I guess I'll go see it.

its really not that great. yeah the camera work is impressive, but thats about it. the story is pretty unclear throughout and also pretty bland

It's a very entertaining film - even if it's very loosely based off of the book by PD James. I thought the original book was phenomenal, but the production quality of the film is also very very good.

I think I'll check it out -- Call me a simpleton, but movies with bad reviews are usually the ones that entertain me the most.

Alot of people are telling me to see it, but I dunno, it doesn't look like something I'd particularly enjoy, though I can understand the artistic merits of it
