that'd be fucking crazy.. quite frankly idk who'd be willing to run with 40 pounds all over their bodies tho, and the government would probably illegalize it..and u acn't smuggle/hide one of them while ur using them obviously

I know military here have to walk 50km a day with a backpack of 20kg. So 18kg should be doable, certainly if it keeps you protected.
