if you have acne, you probably have long hair. long hair, like any other length of hair, gets oily through the day, but long hair loves to deposit it on your face.

i never got acne, i could probably count the number of zits/pimples i've had in my life on all four of my appendages, and most of them happened when i sported the hippie hair. all i gotta do is barsoap my face every day and i'm good.

as far as hair and shoulders go, i use it every day 'cause i've never felt like changing brands once my parents stopped shopping for me, and every hairdresser i've had say they wish they had hair like mine, as far as the health of it goes

I have longISh hair, I just have a shower everyday and I have never had acne, only the OCCASIONAL pimple.

Oh yeah and I find when I have a rash, cutting open the wound and pouring lemon juice in it helps.
