It's true because it's been passed down from 1st hand witnesses. It's hard to believe it's not true when 100's of prophecies regarding Christ in the O.T. have been fulfilled in the N.T. to a "T" (oh the irony). Secular historians verify the existence of Christ. Everyday secular archeologists make discoveries verifying the history of the bible. With an open mind, one can see the parallels and subtle confirmations of the bible in various beliefs & mythologies of ancient cultures. :english:
