Photoshop Junkies help me out please?

I have a robotics team and we have to make a logo for our upcoming competition. If someone could make one for me, I would love them forever. Basically, the design is 125x120, should have the words "Team increment" somewhere on it, be on a black background and have the team colours (pink, purple, white). The symbol for our team is two plus signs (++) and my leader is trying to go for something that looks futuristic and metallic since its a technology competition. Being the worthless guy I am, I chose to be in the media team and I have no skill whatsoever in these kinds of things, so I will personally love you forever if someone does a quick 5 minute job that looks somewhat decent.
