The sin goes to who's being affected. The only one who gets hurt directly from excessive wieght gain is the individual gaining the weight. God may not be pleased with the unhealthy eating habits but the only one that's going to eventually retaliate in wrath is the body itself.
If you sin against your fellow man and he returns it with a punch in the face, that's the resulting 'wrath' of that sin. If you sin against government and find yourself in jail, that's the resulting 'wrath' or punishment for that sin. Not all sin is waiting for judgment from God. If you get popped in the face for sinning against your neighbor, the sin has been paid for. There's nothing else for God to do about it. If a person is always sinning against people and only a small percentage retaliate, God will even out the justice when that person leaves this world to meet Him.
You could say that God is part of everything and that He's everywhere and that it's God doing the wrath. Perhaps, and since the body is what's being sinned against, then one could say that it's God acting out His wrath through the body against the sin. However sin against the body is not a sin that would affect a person's chances of getting to heaven. The negative & dysfunctional behavior a person does at home doesn't necessarily translate to negative & dysfunctional behavior at work... so work would care less about it. Most of the sinning a person does is because they're in a carnal body. Take away the carnal body and you take away the carnal sin.
