              - Flash Forward with Jack realizing that Locke was right and wants to go back
              - Future Jack talking to Kate, and she didn't seem to wanna be around Jack, at least now that he's a degenerate drug addict and drunk.
              - Mentions his dad a couple times, like he's alive. The pharmacist is easily written off as a lie to get more drugs. The one to the 'head of surgery' or whatever ... either a.) him just being drunk or b.) a possible time paradox created by the events on the island
              - If you look at a close up of the obituary in the paper Jack had, you can see it read "The body of Jo...." where the name begins. You never see the rest of it, but my money is on that John Lock was inside that coffin. When asked if he was friend or family, Jack replied "Neither".

              - Nadia isn't with Penny Whitmore ... then is she with Hanso, or with someone else?
              - Now that we know they get off the island, what more is there to tell with the story? Is that flash forward even real?

The show is signed on until 2010, so I am sure the stories twists will be all over the place.

All I can say is Hurley is da man!!!! was the highlite of the last show.

Btw...wtf is with the death of Charlie...he had plenty of time to get out of that room before he locked himself in. I found that odd, especially with Penny being on the other end of the monitor immediatly when the blocked signal was shut off.

                Oh well...always next season.

                  Mikheil, WHY WON'T YOU DIE?

I think he has more significance to the island than we know. Truly, i believe that the people who have faith in Jacob and his wisdom are the ones who survive on the island.

i.e. - Locke being able to get up after getting shot through the appendictal area to the back near the spine, and him getting up with paralasys from the waste down. Also, Mikheil has died twice.

What do you think Jacob needed help with? I think it had something to do with Nadia being on the island, that Jacob is like the all seeing God kind of, of the island. He controls the cloud of smoke, that i like to call the collective thoughts or conscious, and i think that since he is immobile and hidden from the world (invisible, should be explained later), the smoke is his eyes, ears, and mind reader.

Charlie felt it was his destiny to die in the boat, i also think that he's a pessimist, and felt that if he did survive he would jeapordize Claire and Aaron getting off the island. His death was an honourable one though..

Also, i felt Sawyer's reasoning was perfect for the death of Tom. It was so amazing, he's really surprised me this past season, and his stay on the island will definately turn out to be important..

The flash foward thing.. wtf? Idk what to say, really, does this mean that every thing we thought was a flash back was really something in the future? Could it be something Desmond is now seeing in a flash forward that Jacob's relaying to him (i'm starting to think his powers came from Jacob, and he's like an adversary to him). I don't know, maybe Desmond sees it and will go to Hurley or Jack.

I also don't understand how the timing was so perfect that Penny found Charlie. I don't get it, Penny has people around the world working on finding the location of Desmond, meanwhile SHE'S the one on the transmission?

Also, in regards to the old lady that Desmond met, the one who was like "this isn't how it's supposed to happen." When Desmond went to see Penny's father, the desk he was sitting at had a picture taken of him with her, so i think he's involved, and was trying to steer Desmond away from Penny to keep the Island a secret. I also think Locke's father, who was the real Sawyer, will have a major role in the future. I kind of caught on in Season 2 that he'd end up being the one that scammed James' mom, but i do think he'll come back to life or appear again.

                  Walt, wtf?

Whatever happened to the story with the bird that said Hurley's name, was it just the collective conscious, like when Kate saw the horse?

                  =]

Hurley with the A-Team like attack on the others was sick.

An idea my friend and I had about the "Flash forward" was as such...

Charlie asks Desmond "You get any flashes?" and he goes "No." But what if this is all a flash forward. Next season picks up from when Charlie inputs the song. The future of Jack and Kate is just a snippet of what Desmond sees.

Desmond> Brother, you're gonna be a drunk, drug addict.
                    Jack> Wtf m8?

So looking at the flashbacks now being in reverse, noting Jack was already off the Isalnd. Looking at a season or two ago when Hurley has flashbacks of being in a mental inst., was that present or past? That episode alone was all f'd up, but adds the possibility that Hurley is also as f'd up as Jack and that it may have been Hurley having flashbacks after being off the island too?

                        No, Hurley's were flashbacks

He got the numbers in that institute, with which he won the lottery.
Maybe God was the first suicide bomber and the Big Bang was his moment of Glory.

But that would explain a lot.. like, Hurley recognizes that chick he liked that was killed by Ben in the Hatch when he was disgused as a fake survivor.. Then that girl was in the mental institution with him, which isn't possible, since she died.. so Hurley's wasn't a flash forward

Hee hee this was a term coined by Carl G. Jung, the famous psychiatrist. I just couldn't get over it while reading your post. It almost sounds like you knew what you were talking about.

Anyway, I just finished watching the finale moments ago, and I have to say, it wasn't all that mind-blowing. Probably because I expected Mikhail not to die and those three at the camp to not really be dead. Because well, they did say earlier that a lot of people were doubting Ben. As for Mikhail, wtf invincible.

In the next episode, Hurley reveals to Jack that he is a part of a secret group of players that won every game in TWL while playing every game 4v5 apparently.
