the name of the RPG game where you're playing as consoles

Ok it's been really bugging me - there's this game out there that's a final fantasy 3 type fan mod that lets you become the various consoles and then you take on enemies like the PSP and the sega genesis and etc... what is it called and can I download it?

I saw a short vid of it at otakon... and I want that game!
