Most young people will be scared of death, though, as you grow older and wiser you start to realise that death is apart of life no matter what, when the time comes I doubt I'll be scared.

It is inevitable. I only wish to slow the process in which I die, and make more of an experience out of it. I am not afraid, I rather just wish to avoid it.

Long answer including boring story:
I've been living in the same house as my mothers bf who has a terminal case of cancer for over a year now (he has probably less then a month to live), having a family friend that got diagnosed with terminal cancer a few months back and another family friend getting a heart attack (he will be alright)
so yeah.. I've started to accept death as a part of life

Kept on thinking and dreaming of death 1 year ago when i was 13, would always dream of myself dying in one way or another, usually a logical calm situation. It would drive me crazy and i would even cry when i think deeply into it, perhaps cause i nver had a religion and could not find one that seems logical to me. Think About it, death, to disappear forever, ur soul is lost, and it will all come to an conclusion that all else dosnt matter except urself, ur memories, and ur spirit. As long as u can survive, either in heaven or hell dosnt matter.

Yet now... i keep on thinking of another matter, the meaning of human life. I have to find the reason of why i live, to find something that lasts, to find something thats forever. Its a statement that all human actions are driven by greed, either for benefit in afterlife or the benefit of ur own heart's desires. I can only think of love, to devote urself to another forever... Yet... has true love ever occured? We humans are constantly changing, our ideas, our dreams, our scruples, who to say that we wont ever lose our love for one being? Looking at today's more than 40% divorce rate makes me wanna puke. If not for family, not for their children, not for self laws, not for how the society would look at them, how high would the divorce rate skyrocket to? But as of now, hoping that true love would come to me is y i live, if not, i would have suicided already to find if there is an eternal afterlife.
