Personally I think mysterious deadly disease is more terrifying ... at least you know that a bomb/bullet is going to hit you before you die, and death is relatively painless. While as deadly virus and will cause more suffering. The thing that freaks me out most is that you will not be able to see it's coming ... anyone around you could be a potential carrier ...
