No Warez/Serials/Cracks/Hax0ring/SS Cheats/etc, including links. This includes discussions of bittorrent/DC or other file sharing programs.

As it's been stated before, "warez" can include ripped movies, and "including links" covers torrents. I have no idea what you think you're fighting for, you were obviously in the wrong and now you're trying to throw on a Che t-shirt and act like a revolutionary. Just stop being a douche.

I'll go with PH's critique of the rules. He seems to be one of the few with a level head.

You require bittorrent or another sort of torrent sharing program to receive one of these videos from their forum. It's a link to illegally downloadable videos and the fact that you are still trying to keep yourself in the right in this one is moving toward obscene.

might I add that Infractions are pretty much useless. Don't quote me word for word on this, but I think at one point I had like 6 infractions worth like 80 points. I'm going to assume yours was worth like...6 points. 15 more of those and you might get banned. Step carefully sir.
