I'm not saying Muslims are bad people. Probably most of them want peace as any others. The problem comes with the extremes (that there are many of them in the Islamic world) who believe in the Sharia and Jihad, and sadly, you don't understand the threat that it cause to your liberal ideology.

You can't fight extremist with intolerance and stupidity. Everyone knows that within Islam there are a number hard liner fucks, no one is disputing that. My point is that there are extremist Christians, Jews, Scientologist... just about anything you can think of. The reason Islam is different is because there's little distinction between nationality, culture and religion within that region. Extremist ideas flourish in such a society, people can be manipulated easier and the outside world has done little to help the situation your country included. It's probably better to understand why there's a conflict then denouncing an entire group of people and bombing them into submission.

The reason we have any kind of stability is because of secular and democratic Government, which perpetuates an open and peaceful foreign policy. A Government bent on war, domestic terrorism, ignoring its own laws to gain some kind of immaterial safety and above all shows lack of respect or regard for its own people, its neighbors and allies will ultimately fail.

We got here in our parliament, members who represent the Arabs in Israel, and all they do is bashing Israel over and over. Most of the people in Israel just amazed that they allow them to sit and talk against their own country and army (the people are the army) and do it in our parliament. I never heard of someone that threat to kill them. If a Jewish man will sit in Egypt and talk against Islam or Hussein Mubarak, he will probably hang up or get stoned and some riots will kill some Jews for the fun of it.

You might be right and some expert think the same. The advancement is really getting inside the Arab nations, especially in Arab-Saudi and the Golf countries (Dubai ect..).

You right that we exist because of the US, but its easy to say. We built the country and fight the wars that were against ourselves. People gave their blood so now we could be a successful country. People had acquired knowledge and wisdom to lead this country to survive against all chances.

Its not like that Arab nations were not supported by the USSR, and its not that the Palestinians get HUGE amount of money from Europe, USA and the Arab league.
