I'm currently in the process of buying myself a Macbook Pro for my birthday, and I need a jumpstart on the money, so I'm selling my current laptop.

Price paid: ~$2,400.00 USD

I'm selling this for: $1,500 USD

NOTE: I built this laptop specifically for gaming, and runs beautifully, doesn't overheat, and can play just about any game out there on full settings. The only game I've tried to run on full settings and didn't work out so well, is Unreal Tournament 3, and that's competing with XBOX360 graphics. Even with that game, it still runs on full graphics, but the framerate is a little low. Everything is is so superb and incredible in games. This laptop is very fast, loading times on everything is extraordinary, and the graphics are beautiful.

PS: When this laptop is shipped to the recipient, I will strip all my old programs that didn't come with this. Everything that came with this laptop will still be installed and working.

THERE ARE NO VIRUSES AND NO SPYWARE/ADWARE
I scan my computer once a week for spyware and viruses. I scan for viruses with AVG once, then do a scan for spyware/adware with Ad-aware. After that's completed, I do a second scan, both norton. This computer has never gotten a virus.

The laptop looks brand-new. I just took it into work today and a co-worker thought I had just took it out of the package.

I'd say you'd get $850 with your programs still installed and the discs ripped to the HDD for Daemon Tools to run.

Lesser quality meaning that every component in that one is better than what you're offering? Doesn't matter how you tweak it, a p4 comparison to a core 2 duo is just silly.

Here's my laptop for $1300 CDN. Not to mention i got it during back-to-school season... Probably a lot cheaper now. -_-

PPS: Bottom line, you can't expect to sell used technology for very high prices after a few years... Keeps changing too rapidly.
