Pat's or Gino's? I couldn't find a difference. But being from the city of brotherly love, I think they're both awesome to the core.

Ox tails are so friggin good when it's made like this. I can't even start to describe how I gorged on this stuff when I was back home this past weekend and my dad made a huge pot of it.

This one is in honor of mr magoo, who gave me a swedish meatball recipe that I've lost a couple years ago. They were phenomenal, and far better than anything I've had in a frozen meal or premade bag.
