    Video Recording your video games...HOW!?

    question is...HOW

    to make things more clearer, i see alot of videos on youtube of gamers posting videos of them playing a certain game...
    i went to this kids house and i saw his laptop recording matches we played on the tv...so basically there was a small tv screen on his laptop projecting our game, and initially recording it, and he posted it online the next day on youtube...

    i didnt bother to ask him what i need to do for that to work, so im asking you guys if anyone knows...

    im interested in recording such games as Smash Brawl, new street fighter 4 thats coming out and some other fighters and shit...so, plz help if u know

    My father in law was telling me over Thanksgiving about this amazing bartender at some bar he frequented who could shake a martini and fill it to the rim with no leftovers and he thought it was the coolest thing he'd ever seen.               If you wanted to just record something off your computer screen like I did and Heavensent does to record TWL games you do not need a capture card. If the source is off your TV then you do need some kind of hardware setup, either way it's probably beyond your abilities.

                        I'm not recording the games primarily for the games. I'm recording the games like a scrapbook, saving the people's comments and keeping the memories of moments in time with my cyber-friends. I wish I would've done this during season 6 when everything was so popular, exciting and the whole community seemed more like a happy family, gathering for weekend adventures. :wub:
