      Landline telephone: ~$23.00 a month.
Chicken wings (I have an strange addiction to these things): ~$4.00 for 500g.
Welch's grape juice concentrate for ~2L (strange addiction to this stuff as well): $1.59
775g box of bran flakes: $2.99
      Electricty: ~$.06 per KWh
A meal at a casual fine dining restaurant I might go to: $30.
A drinkable bottle of wine from the LCBO: $10.
      Rent (shudder): $850 a month.

I can't remember the prices of anymore food that I buy; I don't think I generally pay attention to the price even, I guess I just buy what I want, though it's usually cheap stuff.
Do you actually just buy bran flakes? Cause I don't know anyone who just buys them because they like them..Is your diet lacking in fiber or what.

They're talking about the burger only, it's prolly around $5.

            Tuna 3 cans ala 200g each : $2.5
            Cottage Cheese 300g : $4

1 month ticket (train, subway, bus, surface subway) : $70ish (kids ticket, since I shave every morning, they're gonna have a hard time proving that I'm over 20).

EDIT: Double it for an adult

You might be right about that, I never go below 20$ myself when I eat there, so I'm not sure about the smaller stuff.

$210 is regular, it's needed to shell out that much for a pair of jeans that looks decent.

Reminds me that I went inside a Jack & Jones store some weeks ago, and the jeans there was $150+ on average, now that's a ripoff for those ugly jeans, when did they go up in price?

i usually wear one of two pairs of jeans that i own. one pair are some $40 mossimo premium denim jeans, and the other are a $140 pair of oaxaca jeans by MEK.

each have their pro's and con's... my cheap jeans have taken the brunt of much of my college/late-adolescent antics and are still mostly around. the mek jeans definitely have better quality fabric, incredibly comfortable, and the hand-stitching is gorgeous.

                        so... everyone's right!

City of Mississauga, just on the outskirts of Toronto. We're the biggest suburb that surrounds Toronto. Majority of people live here and commute to Toronto.

I'm moving to Washington in a few months and I've been checking out apartment's about 45 min north of Seattle, and for a waaaaay nicer apartment with the same amount of beds/baths, it's only 1200 a month :/ I think my rent is so high because I'm right across the street from my university.

As for the jeans debate, I think Americans and Europeans have a different idea about how much money to spend on clothing. When I was in Italy, the people liked to spend a lot of money on 1 really nice, very well-made item, whereas in the US it seems people like to spend the same amount of money for more, decently-made clothing items. The most expensive pair of jeans I own are only $90 and I never want to pay that much again :/

Bluenotes have comfy jeans, you can get good quality jeans for $50. $90-200 is stupid to pay for one article of clothing, other than a winter coat.
it makes me sick when i think of it, all my heroes could not live with it so i hope you rest in peace cause with us you never did
