tire of the "jimmy book" at skool

i am so tire of the kid name "jimmy book" at skool , this day , he have pinch me in the side at class , so i give the hand up at the teacher , and rat on jimmy , jimmy play it off like notin happen , when he kno he pinch me already , then later at recess , he is mad becuz i tell teacher , he have play on the swing with me , and he pull his pencil out , stab me in my front , i was bleed everywere and i go at the nurse , and this time i dont tell on him , cuz i dont want another stab ,

i am so scare , wat if the jimmy book have more up his sleeve plan to hit me or throw item at me , maybe tomorrow or other day ,

who can advice me at wat i do
