Today I went to hell
Today I went to hell,
and heard the screaming souls,
as they remembered,
and what they should of been.
As I moved among them,
with their sorrows great,
their children somewhere with them,
sharing their awful fate,
O! why didn't I accept Jesus,
before, it was too late
I came upon a preacher,
who didn't win a soul,
O! why didn't I preach Jesus,
like I was shown.
O! what a sad reunion,
of the souls, that's lost,
only to remember,
the final cost.
