genuinely impressed...I found myself nodding along with a lot of the 'side effects' listed at the end of the slides. Amazing how the feelings you recieve from drugs can be analysed on a molecular level like that...

ps. did anyone else try shaking the mouse on LSD around to see if it would trip out?

Yea, I haven't actually seen anyone on meth before...
The one alcohol was particularly insightful for me..when she said that it affects the decision making part of the brain...Often, even when I've only had a few units of alcohol, I find my decisions are confused especially when talking. I notice my confusion but I don't know why and it doesn't seem parallel to my actual inebriation.
The ecstasy one was also very interesting, I knew it used up serotonin; I didn't know that it did it quite as elaborately as that though. Dang, the comedowns from meth though lol, must be something else....not only draining your serotonin levels but also heavily stimulating the reward areas of your brain.
