Hold on, when did going to a foreign university mean that you're smart? If you don't have good enough grades for medicine in Norway, you actually have to go to another country to study it. I don't know how the situation is in Holland, but it must be bad if going to a university abroad means that you're smart.

The main reason for taking the pills is the caffeine, losing weight is just an added effect.

And I'm more fit than most of the people on the forum, only ones I can think of who's in better shape (in general, not in raw strenght) than me is liquid black and the one doing MMA training.

Some of the posts here are interesting, but I was hoping that atleast some of you had tried any other products similar to the one I'm taking.

No, you missed the point here. If someone has travelled to a different country to study is shows their dedication in that subject area and probably also suggests that they have a propensity in that particular area of study.

Second, you're already answering your own questions. Pills like these doesn't substitute a good food program, but it does speed up the burning process when combined.

And no one said anything about bulking up, deffing is the process when you're making your body toned in a short amount of time, to make your muscles more visible. @84 kg currently, I'm not really interested in getting a bigger volume.
