          it renders political democracy impossible, but not market democracy :P today i personally voted on the issue of what beverage should best be chosen to satisfy my needs, and coca-cola beat out water by a whopping 4000%.

            I remember reading about an Ontario school board making a deal with Pepsi or Coke which had school instructors marketing those products directly to the kids. Sometime in the 80s or 90s.
