fuck it, let him play. If you catch him cheating again, then ban him permanently. obviously the current situation is a headache for everyone but him. he has no problem evading, then why bother trying to catch him. you're not interpol, it won't end TW to let him go. (or just ignore it).

If you were banned, then unbanned, then banned again, all while having no netban, wouldn't you be somewhat confused as to why you are actually banned?

Unban him or not, he's still gonna play and nothing will stop that. Especially me not making these posts. It must be news to everyone learning that he would be evading anyway.

My point the entire time was never 'unban him because he's my friend' or whatever retarded reponses everyone is posting. The point was there is no contrete evidence at all on his banning, staff doesn't even know 100% (and don't say they do, because he wouldn't have been unbanned if they were. also, he would be netbanned if there was 100% evidence of him cheating), and I'm just trying to explain that regardless of if I ever started this thread, he would be evading. Guess what, I just informed a ton of people this is going on and perhaps it will be easier to find him since more people know... but no, I'm a horrible staff member because I'm honest.

Since this has just become a bash pascone thread, I guess this will be my last point because absolutely no one is actually reading what I write, instead, just picks random parts of what I write and twist it to bash me. That is why nothing ever gets done. Everyone would rather just bash something than actually put any thought into anything. (Yes, I now expect one of the forum tools (ph/voth/nolimitsoldier) to make some half-assed attempt at a logical post. Sadly, it will remain a waste of time)

Edit: ask rudy how many people i've banned in the past year. Maybe 5? IF that? And they were racism calls I'm sure. Don't worry about my judgement. I VERY rarely ban anyone because I rarely take cheater calls to begin with. I prefer helping people in other ways (TWD registration, organization of TWL (insert jokes on how crappy a job I did here), and general help questions). I don't really think there is much in terms of cheating that needs to be worried about there. But, **shocking** these people that just want to bash me don't know anything and just assume I'm a horrible staffer based on my opinion on one situation! Amazing how that works
