  • Post 9/11 Military Education Benefits

I got something in the mail about this the other day, so I decided to look it up for clarification. Instead of going into details about it myself, just read.

http://www.gibill.va.gov/S22/Post_911_Factsheet.pdf (Notice the .pdf, you will need adobe to view this link)

    and

    http://www.gibill.va.gov/ (Not really much here)

Do you think these benefits are too much? Too little? I personally think its pretty sweet, probably because it directly effects my decision to go back to school and finish my degree. Nothing more appealing than getting out of grad school, and having ZERO student loans to repay. Anywho, just trying to liven up these forums, they been slacking for a couple weeks now, so enjoy.

The Establishment would like as many military trained people as possible influencing the business world... they are more productive, less independent and generally dont care for such things as humanitarianism and enviromental issues.

tho be honest, my time in the military time did not change me into what you say. If anything it showed how i do not want to waste my life and strenghtened my personality. As for the money you get, imho its too little. It will pay back 10 times trough your higher taxes anyway.
