having been to neither one, I'd have to say that the beaches in the south of spain are far better than those in france. plus you wouldn't have hairy french ppl there, you'd have hairy spainiards!

also, the beaches in SC are some of the best on the east coast. If it's a "beach" that you want, come here. We have miles and miles of pristine beaches. If it's a tourist trap you want, go somewhere uberpopular. If it's french ppl you want (and that's what it boils down to) go to fucking france already.


And on a side note, we have an island full of free roaming rhesus monkeys owned up until recently by the federal government. so there, you got wildlife too. (not to mention pelicans, dolphins, sea turtles, etc..)

It is common to say that they are "skate shoes", mostly because they are. At least they are associated to known skaters, that may use the shoes. At least I think most of the shoes are desgined for skaters or at least to be used for skating. I had some axion shoes that lasted quite long when I used to skate. The thing is that your shoes kinda goes from good to bad when skating due to the grip of the skateboard.

Etnies is good, though I prefer Lakai.
