    djarum, and other clove cigarettes make me want to puke. They are way more offensive to nonsmokers and smokers alike. They have a much stronger and longer lasting smell.

    i haven't smoked cigs in 3 years. but then again, i only smoked for a year or so, and about half a pack a day.

    actually thought about getting some of those swisher sweet cigarettes that taste like cherry candy the other day. but then again i don't really enjoy tobacco to begin with.

      Wow, back when I was a freshman in college they were like $7 a pack at the smoke shop in my college town, the only place that sold them... the same shop usually had buy 1 get 1s for 5.55, or buy 2 get 1s for $11.10. In NY (state), the tax just went up... I believe NY and Cali have the highest cig taxes. I think a pack of marbs costs like 6.75ish now... That's why I like going to the reservation, they're only about $4.50 there

        See I used to smoke cigs too, but I never resorted to buying them only in rare incidents.

        I was pretty much a swiper, and bummed cigs off anyone who stepped outside for a smoke (they didn't mind, because they liked the company)

        But what helped me quit was whenever I ate food, I could still smell the tobacco on me and it disgusted me whenever I put food into my mouth (especially something I loved)

        So I decided to quit after that. I didn't quit altogether though, I just stopped smoking the amount I was smoking and over time it reduced to nothing

        I.E. If you smoke a pack a day, change it to smoking 3 cigs a day (morning, lunch, and dinner), then make it one pack a week, then make it one pack in over two weeks...

        Start rationing your shit and forget that you can actually buy it, You'll find that sooner or later if you keep cutting it down you will find yourself with 1 cig a month, then you make the leap and stop smoking at all.


        JUST DON'T THINK ABOUT, keep your mind busy on something else srsly, besides the oral fixation (which can be cured by the products mentioned in earlier posts), the fact of the matter remains you are probably still thinking about it.

        Try working on a hobby like cooking, or whatever. Just keep your mind preoccupied and you will forget why you smoked cigs in the first place
