The National Hurricane Center still has its "cone of uncertainty" expanding from nearly the tip of South Texas to parts of Louisiana.

pretty sure it will hit near galveston or south of galveston like in freeport which means houston is gonna get hit by the backside...meanig the top of it, the worst side most rain and houston is KNOWN for flooding and we will flood.

lol the storm is still 200 miles offshore and its already topping the 17 foot seawall and they are saying that Galveston island WILL be completely submerged for at least 12 hours cuz of flooding from the backside in the bay and the storm surge expected at 17-25' and will be hitting at high tide, wow so many cows are dead.

they are comparing it to the great galveston hurricane of 1900 when 12,000 ppl were killed when it became completely submerged in the gulf

they say the Bolivar peninsula and Sabine pass will be under water so Port Arthur is fucked and the water is rising in Galveston bay and thats where the port of Houston is up the ship channel and thats gonna fuck up alot of shit, they have never seen such a huge storm surge this far in front of a hurricane since its moving so slow even though its cat 2 its got a hell of a storm surge and its a very tall storm

SORRY FOR NO PUNCUATION I DONT BELIEVE IN IT.

so yeah, get your dds in while you still have power

i don't think i've ever heard "don't be fooled by it's only a category 2. it's still a dangerous storm" so many fucking times in my life. Seriously with gustav, hannah, ike; i've heard them say that 60 fucking times. we get it. it's a hurricane. they're dangerous.
