      Not at pawn shops, not in Texas. FBI background check is required BEFORE u can even tell them what gun u want. Gun shows are a different story.

        whoa texas looking a bit more progressive with those gun laws!

        i saw a news article a good while ago that showed the top 5 pawn shops that were cited for selling guns used in felonies. 3 were in SC, 2 in one particular town - Orangeburg. In addition to the guns being used in felonies, they were also on the top of the list for selling them to felons as well. I'm sure it's illegal here too, but small towns with lots of crime&pawning don't follow those rules so closely
