well i get my tax return at midnight toniht in my account and im going to frys in the morning to buy a new monitor and i also need an old video card for an old pc... so TELL ME which monitor is better

and the video card has to be either pci or agp, that mb doesnt have pci-e...so AGP is better than pci right?

The Samsung 2233bw is nice (I have the 206bw which is a bit nicer looking) but the other one offers 1080P so go with that. If you don't have PCI-e then you'll want to go with AGP, high and medium-end AGP cards will cost a bit more then PCI-e. That GF 6200 is fine if you're not pushing high end gaming, it's hard finding decent Geforce 6 and 7 AGP models out there. Stay away from Radeon/ATI cards.

Out of those two I'd recommend the Viewsonic. Here's the page for it at Newegg.

I bought an Acer H213H at Newegg a few months ago and I'm extremely happy with it. It's the same size and price as the Viewsonic one but has a higher rating.
