Having been in Keesler for tech school back in early 07, I can tell you Biloxi looks like hell from Katrina still. We used to volunteer on the weekends to clean some of the shit up, but...its a really humbling place

I have two of the finest casinos in the world only 30 minutes from me, in the rural of Connecticut. Take a flight up to JFK or LaG and take a 5 dollar bus to them (the buffet is included) and spend a couple of nights in a nice U.S. hotel (with countless drugs and prostitutes, and at the worst be prosecuted with a misdemeanor, without having to hastle with our embassy if you DO get caught)... or just... I don't know... go to Las Vegas or Atlantic City for even cheaper.

I would never cross the seas with the intention of gambling.

edit: Mississippi always has just seemed like an corrupt State to me. Probably based on the civil rights movement, but I'm not sure.
