          alright so apparently the MOPs are 15 metric tons each, and we'd have to be able to unfit them and carry them across the pacific. If I can think of this stuff, why aren't the people in charged already taking preventative steps?

            If nothing more, civilians could take control of tectonics in frightening ways. We could cause massive earthquakes and tsunamis, probably even years without summers.
