You have free membership at the college gym facilities as long as your a student. Why not get some exercise rather than rely on calorie watching on cheap ass crap beer? Bad enough that you probably are exposed to the campus dorm food of which will put weight on ones ass faster than a case of cheap beer will.

I do exercise An hour of cardio every morning, Monday through Friday, as well as a yoga class on Tuesdays. I also take the stairs to my dorm at least once a day (23 flights).

Also, the campus food has actually made me lose weight. I almost achieved the Freshman Negative 15, but sadly I only lost 10 pounds, haha.

Once again, I'm not saying that drinking light beer is a good diet move. Obviously if you're trying to avoid gaining weight you should avoid beer. What I'm saying is that, for me at least, I like to cut calories where ever I can, and I do so by choosing light beer over regular beer, diet pop over regular pop, fresh vegetables over cooked vegetables, etc.

Good choices, Squeez - though I've never tried Widmer (I don't know if it's available in my area). Unfortunately I'm poor so every night it's either Natty Ice or PBR with Camel Turkish Golds. (Although I still stand by the Sweetwater 420 with American Spirit teals.)
