There was no way in hell they would be able to prove that Michael Jackson touched him, especially if investigators found those tapes of the kids father saying he planned it all and shit. sometimes celebrities get tired of the lifestyle, especially when the media wont stop calling you a pedophile. In essence, MJ was paying $22 million to get everyone off his back. Lulz at all the people calling him a molester. Courts didn't prove it so just because you say he touched boys doesn't make it factual.
