My friend has a 22" acer, it looks shitty,

I have the 22 inch acer and theres nothing on it to be ugly.. Only has 1 word on it, acer, and 5 gray buttons.

I recommend it, its great. However I have always played in window mode so it doesnt bother me..

I still have my old 19' CRT monitor. I don't know why, it seems easier to play the game on that monitor. With the flat pannels I get glare issues.. and like Burnt mentioned, it did seem like I was losing a bit of res but couldn't say for sure.
