Ah, I see the original constitution is vague on the whole 'who can vote' thing and left it up to state to decide and could, if they decided, limit it to the white, male landowners which is good. Heaven forbid if a black man ever had the right to vote.
Also, you completely missed the point of my first post; that any person will vote in their best interests.

The womens rights movement besides being a joke helped to destroy our culture more than any other single movement.
It brought about things like the WNBA and think of all the men coming home from a hard days work without a hot meal waiting for them. Women belong in the home, not out of it playing basketball and doing work.Rabble Rabble Rabble

I was born in America, I own land (not my house, but around some small mountain like area in north carolina). My parents are Persian, but we are descendents from Aryans, so the United States Government lists me as white (said so on all my FCATS, SAT, etc etc). I'm also from a pretty bigoted culture thats just as racist as KTHX's kind. I think I deserve my vote based off these new rules.
Or should I say the founding father's rules (so technically that be old)sigpic
All good things must come to an end.

I don't see why there should be certain restrictions on voting.
1. Owning your own land?
2. High School Equivalency or something equal to that?
3. Being questions beforehand if Obamagirl or People magazines reports on Obamas abs had anything to do with your vote?
4. Are you voting for a candidate to get more money?
5. Are you voting on a candidate because hes black and you happen to be black also?
Would honestly be a better system if instead of voting for a certain candidate if we just listed each candidates stances on government and life and you voted for what stances you believed in instead of the name itself.Rabble Rabble Rabble
