In short i think kthx is saying that collecting welfare is collecting money from the government, and when one person(Obama) Says he is going to raise Welfare and unemployment payouts you can interprut that into saying Hey vote for me and i will pay you more money.

This thread got rediculous with all of the other stereotypes, but i agree that you should not be able to vote if you are on Welfare.
