I found a website that sells electric cars, motorcycles, and tricyles and also all-terrain vehicles and pick ups. it's a chinese company, so many of you will refuse to condone purchase out of safety principles. but some of these tourist buses are elite, and maybe some of the electric bicycles aren't so expensive. gotta inquire for everything, so i'll send them a message and see if they can provide the full catalogue prices. then i'll check back up on this thread.

NDY-Auto, should I buy?
The effects that are planned to be studied on the kinetic level are: Laminar and turbulent flow; the transition between both; thermodynamics and self-organisation of complex plasma flows; solitons and shocks; interfaces and plasma instabilities; agglomeration and disagglomeration. For low-frequency excitation and confining particles modulated RF coils and high-voltage supplies are foreseen.Tags: None

On the contrary, I'm currently in China working for a top tier consulting company that has about 50% of its business in the automotive industry, and I can say for a fact that some of the better brands in China (BAIC/SAIC) have produced some quality cars for ~10k USD. On the other hand lower tier brands like (Geely/Chang'an/Chery/BYD) specialize in copying designs from western brands and reproducing them at lower costs.
As for this NDY auto company you found they are practically unknown and you'd probably be better off going through a scrapyard to find parts and put them together yourself.

1.) My company's stats (Roland Berger Strategy Consultants) is ranked 5th in sales revenue worldside, and #2 in growth regions like China/Russia. We are the 2nd largest consultancy in China and the premier automotive industry consultancy in China. 50% of our revenues are from the automobile clients so I can assure you that I'm not spewing bullshit at you when I talk.
I'm completely UNBIASED in this situation, I live in the US and I work for a CONSULTING COMPANY. We don't compete with automakers and would actually prefer for NDY to be bigger so we have more clients and therefore more revenue.
2.) EVERY SINGLE LARGE AUTO MAKER IN CHINA is partially owned by the government (hello communism). General Motors is a 50% joint venture with Shanghai Automotive. Ford is a 50% joint venture with Chang'An. Volkswagon is a 50% join venture with SAIC. I'd list more for you but I don't have the time nor do I give a shit enough.
3.) NDY has 3000 employees total and only captures about $25 million in sales. In comparsion, GM has roughly 300,000 employees and about 160$ billion in sales. Now that we've established NDY is practically the size of an ant, I will compare with you to another PRIVATE car company in China called BYD (Build Your Dream). They are the 7th largest automaker in China and their sales are about $1.3 billion. They have roughly 100,000 employees.
That essentially puts NDY aka your precious company smack in the middle of nothingness. NDY is about the size of an ant where an AVERAGE CHINESE CAR COMPANY (BYD/Geely/Chang'an/BAIC/SAIC/Chery) could be considered the size of a human.
