well im sure like 5% of the population knows shit about cars but w/e. I have hid's in my truck and they shut off, without turning back on. the fuses arent blown, and the plugs are all in place lubed up and connected. i cant think of anything else. if u can help that would be nice thanks

how old is your car?
id also start with checking fuses, followed by ballasts..
but if your car is "old" or used a lot, it is possible that your lights have decayed to the point that there is no gas left to activate... about 5k hours is the lifespan of a HID light.. you may just need to replace them.Displaced> I get pussy every day

He already said the fuses aren't blown, so it is probably either the ballasts or there is an electrical short somewhere, or they could be blown like displaced said.Rabble Rabble Rabble

Go to a garage, and get them to check your fuses, alternatively, whoever installed your aftermarket HID's is a complete numbnut and hasnt grounded them properly...Displaced> I get pussy every day
